County-Wide Work Groups

The purpose is to develop strategies to promote the alignment across adult schools and community colleges in the following areas:
  • Student Success 
  • Intake, Advising, and Goal Setting
  • Alignment of Curriculum and Assessment
  • Acceleration Strategies (Contextualization, acceleration, individualized, online/hybrid)
  • Transition Support
  • Career Pathway Development​

CCCAEC Workgroups:

The CCCEAC's workgroups meet on a monthly basis with the overarching objective of supporting the consortium in implementing strategies and goals in the CCCAEC's Three-year and Annual Adult Education Plans. The CCCAEC's current workgroups:

  • Adults with Disabilities 
  • Career Technical Education 
  • Data and Accountability 
  • English as a Second Language
  • Transition Support
